Sete

Hi
We took an extra day and Toni and I took the 25 minute train journey from Beziers to Sete to stay a night. Sete is a small fishing village on the Mediteranean with lots of lagoons and waterways. We stayed in a beautiful hotel on the top floor with double French door opening on to the royal canal. Had seafood then more seafood. There was an electric bike company below our hotel and we got chatting to the owner, he lent us two bikes for the afternoon and we rode around the village and down the coast that was a bit of a bonus. Back to Beziers for our last night in this gorgeous country.

We found a beautiful resturaunt in the Place de Madelaine, a square in which all the 20,000 residents of Beziers were at one time all massacred. We are excited about journeying on tommorow we have loved our time in France, the food, the 5 Euro wines, I am a convert to the Rose the lighter the better, Toni has loved every bottle of the red you can't really get a bad bottle.
